No standard route
Every dream, place and host is different. Every concept is allowed to be different too.

About us
It begins with a feeling, a story and choices that truly fit you.
View and orderWhy we created this
Many people dream of creating their own stay. But between dreaming and doing lie hundreds of choices — about the place, property, atmosphere, guest experience and the way you want to live.
From Dream to Stay was created to bring calm and direction to those choices. Not with one standard formula, but with a method that helps you discover what fits you.
Arno & IsabelOur own story
We are Arno and Isabel. Our dream of creating our own stay in Spain did not begin with a property or a finished plan. It began with a feeling: the wish to live differently and create a small-scale place where calm, care and hospitality come together.
In Cómpeta, that dream gradually found more direction. The mountains, nature, village and proximity to the coast fit the life we imagine. We do not own a home there yet, so we are still in the middle of the search and all the questions and choices that come with it.
That experience showed us how easy it is to become absorbed in properties, prices and practical possibilities before answering the most important questions. What do we truly want to create? For whom? And how do we want to live there ourselves? Our own search became the starting point for From Dream to Stay: the journey we wish we had been able to follow from the very beginning.

What we believe
Every dream, place and host is different. Every concept is allowed to be different too.
Good choices begin when you understand what truly matters to you.
Every stage builds on the last and contributes to your personal result.
We do not tell you what to create. We help you discover what feels right.

Our promise
The method helps you explore possibilities, recognise patterns and record your choices. A first idea gradually becomes a personal and realistic concept.
“A meaningful stay begins with a feeling, not a building.”
